GENERAL MANAGER, FABRICATION SPECIALIST, and ASME: Mr. Wood has over 30 years of professional experience in project management, project coordination, design supervision and all phases of piping design including piping layouts, platform orientation, checking, material take off, piping isometrics, piping stress analysis, estimating, planning and scheduling. Mr. Wood also has extensive construction field experience in resolving design problems and construction management. Experience in both upstream oil production facilities and downstream facilities such as dehydration plants, water plants, shipping stations, gas plants, cogeneration facilities and refineries.
JOHN CLEMMEY
CONTROLS SYSTEMS / FACILITIES ENGINEER: Mr. Clemmey has 40 years of diversified experience in design and construction with particular emphasis in turnkey projects with control systems expertise. Responsible for managing projects and control systems activities in all phases of design and construction. Regarded as a highly motivated self starter with a proven track record of successfully providing the needs of operations, maintenance and engineering groups. Able to apply control systems principals to industrial, construction and R&D projects. Strong interpersonal communication and technical writing skills. As a Project Engineer responsibilities included project planning/scheduling, cost estimating, proposing/justifying, designing, fabricating, construction, installing, start-up and optimizing a production facility, including access roads, plant site/ drill site development. Extensive experience of coordinating/monitoring of contractors.
ARCHIE ALLISON
DOCUMENTATION: Mr. Allison has over 36 years of experience in various aspects of the petroleum industry in Western & Southern US, Arctic Alaska, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Qatar, UAE, Indonesia, Syria, Oman, and Western Siberia. Experienced in equipment, facilities operations, design, construction and analysis of exploratory and production gas and oil wells onshore and offshore. Background includes extensive equipment knowledge on the application, operation, troubleshooting, repair, calibration and maintenance of multiple brands and models of gas and liquid meters and recorders, controllers, control valves, pressure and temperature recorders, pilots and production equipment.
DAVE CAMACHO
PRINCIPAL PIPING DESIGNER: Mr. Camacho has 33 years of design experience. His experience ranges from heavy layout, checking, and drawing of major process equipment and facilities, both aboveground and underground to process plant and refinery field experience. He is familiar with Industry design practices and codes, CAD file management and CAD software. Advanced capabilities in preparation of drawings in 3D and 2D include; piping and instrument diagrams, piping arrangement plans and elevations, piping isometrics/ underground piping and drawing plans, piping shop fabrication spools, piping stress studies and analogs, plot plans and foundation location plans, pipe supports, platforms and other steel details, vessel fabrication drawings, SPCC studies/ Firewater. The type of facilities Mr. Camacho has worked on are grass-roots refineries, oil, water, and gas plants, pipelines and tank farms, geothermal power plants, compressor units, meter stations, and loading stations.
CHARLES HINSON
SALES: Mr. Hinson provides Marketing & Sales activities and facilitates New Business Development opportunities for the Spartan Inc. Mr. Hinson has over 30 years working experience in the Petroleum and Manufacturing Industry which includes offshore and onshore drilling and production facilities, all phases of Sub-Sea construction, inspection and platform installation, refiner wastewater treatment, biodiesel alternative fuel market, aboveground and underground fuel and other flammable liquid storage tanks.
TOMMIE DICKIE
SHOP FOREMAN: Mr. Dickie has over 30 years experience of tank fabrication in ASME, API650, API12F, UL142, UL58, 2085 vaulted tanks, and galvanized water storage. Mr. Dickie also has over 40 years experience in shop fabrication equipment, shear, press break, plate rolls, angle rolls, flanges, and band saw. In addition, experience in metal fabrication including beam fabrication, lappers, platforms, and truck utility beds.
KEN LINDSEY
WELDING SUPERVISOR: Mr. Lindsey has over 35 years of welding and fabrication experience both in field projects and shop fabrication. He is familiar with the various codes B 31.1, B 31.3, B 31.4, ASME pressure vessel D 1.1. Ken is well versed in all of Spartan Inc. welding processes
